Review: Low-Carb Bread Mixture (Adam’s Brot)

Nowadays there are many bakery-made low-carb breads available, at least in Finland. However, they are not very low in carbs, around 10 g/100 g the lowest. Adam’s Brot┬áis a Polish/German company that manufactures ingredients for low-carb baking at home and they have really squeezed the carbs out of their bread mixture: minuscule 1.9 g/100 g!!! Time to test it.
