The Finnish low-carb bread family “Karppinen” has been expanded to include pizzas. The ham/salami pizza’s ingredients include cheese (30%), ham (15%), wheat gluten & fiber and salami (5%).

First thing you’ll notice when you take it fresh out of the oven that the dough is not stiff as you would expect of a pizza. The other thing is the texture of the base that is granular and it breaks apart easily in mouth. Other than that this is a very good product that even tastes like it should.

The topping is heavy stuff, you can really feel and taste cheese, ham and salami. And the slices weigh a lot, more than you would expect. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend to give it a try. The price range is 5 € ($6.20).
